My Tiny Feet

Holding your little finger
Under the safe shadow of that tall strong frame,
My tiny feet were bold enough
To walk thorny long roads as well the plain.

Deafening thunderstorms or on a scorching day
You were the umbrella the cool dry sky,
I swam seven seas no wonder holding your arm
I lived in colours of fall winter faded away .

The platform was dark while waiting for train
Light of all lights you were beside me then,
Your love shaped me to fit in to all the odds
Can whistle in joy when my heart ever bleeds.

My enchanting childhood my fragrant youth
You are the vast waterbed I tiny paper boat,
You introduced the world to imbibe right vibes
You believed in me that’s the greatest bliss.
